Displaying Tag Icons on the Calendar

You can have icons appear on your events based on which tags are assigned. To set this up:

  1. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Click My Media.

  1. Make sure that the image you would like to use as an icon is 16x16 and is set to Public.

  1. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Click Company Settings.

  1. Click Tag Group.

  1. Expand the appropriate tag group by clicking the plus sign.
  2. Click + add media.

  1. Find the image you would like to use as an icon.
  2. Double-click the image.

  1. Click Save in the yellow field that has appeared over your name.

  1. Hover over Calendars.
  2. Click Calendars (new!).

  1. Click Settings.

  1. General should be selected. If not, click General.
  2. Make sure Tag display is set to either Icon (or Text)* or Icon and Text.

  1. Click Event.
  2. Click Calendar for the tag group for which you would like to display an icon.
  3. Click Save.
