This page is designed to help you work through our Knowledge Base at your own pace in a way that builds your knowledge of EventBooking from the very basics to a thorough understanding of the program. If your venue is new to EB, your account manager will be working with you to establish a workflow and best practices for your venue. If you are new to an established venue, be sure to consult with other users in your building so that events and other information are added to your venue's account in a consistent manner; this is vital for reporting purposes.
EB Basics training will walk you through the basics of your EB account. You’ll learn how to add events and contacts/accounts, run reports, customize your calendar settings, and much more. You can:
- Attend our monthly EB Basics New User Webinar live
- View a recording of a previous presentation
- If you have several people in your venue to be trained, email email@example.com to schedule an online meeting for your group. We'll follow the same outline, customized to your venue and your workflow.

Your EventBooking account includes a powerful report generator -- and you have access to the same report builder that we use here on the Customer Success Team. We build reports for most of our customers, but if you would like to learn how to build your own reports or to be able to tweak the reports you have, or even just to have a better understanding of what our report system can do, be sure to check out our Reports Deep Dive, a five-session webinar series.

Did You Know: Our twice-monthly Did You Know? email newsletter includes tips and tricks and also announcements of upcoming webinars and conferences. When your user account is created, we add you to this list. If you aren't receiving the Did You Know? you can sign up here.
Webinars and Online Training: In addition to our monthly New User Webinar, we have regularly scheduled webinars on a variety of topics. The schedule is announced in our Did You Know? and is also listed on our help desk and website. All our webinars are included in your annual subscription.
Unlimited support is included with your EB account -- and we mean it.
